Yes, there is a dedicated counter at the main entrance where you can purchase a new Nol Card or top up your existing one. However, it’s recommended to have it ready to avoid long weekend queues.

No, BBQ is only allowed in designated BBQ areas. The park provides over 100 stone pits and picnic tables. Bringing your own coal and grill is allowed, but you must use the provided pits for safety.

The park has separate pools for men and women. Generally, the pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Admission to the pool is 10 AED for adults and 5 AED for children (paid via Nol Card).
